Station 3:  Roberts Road Firehouse

Station 3 is located at 133 Roberts Road, near the industrial area of the Township.  Built in 2004, Station 3 is the Third Battalion Headquarters, housing Engine 3, Squad Engine 7, Spare Engine 20 and Battalion 3.  Station 3 was designed after the City of Austin, Texas Fire Station 34.  The City of St. Lego liked the design so much, they modeled their Fire Station 19 after it, with some modification.

Engine 3

Engine 3 is a 2014 Pierce Arrow XT 6-man pumper.  Engine 3 comes with a 1,750 GPM Waterous pump, a 500 gallon booster tank and a 40 gallon foam cell, with capabilities to flow foam out of three pre-connected hose lines. "Three of a Kind" is their catch phase as they are in a firehouse with three pumpers.  Hence, three of a kind.

Squad Engine 7

Squad Engine 7 is a 2008 Pierce Impel 6-man pumper.  Engine 7 has a 1,750 GPM Waterous pump, a 500 gallon booster tank and a 40 gallon foam cell.  Engine 7 has a witty phrase describing their pumper as they said buying an Impel was an intelligent choice, or "Impel-igent!" for short.

Engine 20

Engine 20 is a 1994 Pierce Dash pumper, refurbished in 2009 and repainted in 2014.  Engine 20 seats 6 firefighters, has a 1,750 GPM Waterous pump, a 500 gallon booster tank and a 30 gallon foam cell.  Engine 20 sees duty as a spare pumper and a training academy piece.  Engine 20 was purchased from a local used fire apparatus dealer and sent to Pierce for refurbishing.
